Bianchetto truffle
Bianchetto truffle, scientific name
Tuber Borchi Vitt. is found from January to April. Often it is confused with the Tuber Magnum, as it comes with the same features, irregular, smooth, off-white, but its scent is less strong than the White Truffle. Its taste is good nonetheless, pleasant and intense.
